Denis Fuster R(A)

Denis is an international Realtor Associate with Aloha Coast Realty in Pahoa, Hawaii. A Hawaii resident since 2001 and investor himself on the island, Denis is a full-time member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and Hawaii Island Board of Realtors (HIBR). He recently acquired his Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), allowing him to conduct business worldwide on a referral basis. His is currently studying to acquire his Eco-Broker designation.

In January 2007, Denis decided to join forces with Jessica Hall, a Realtor Broker and Accredited Buyer Representative. Together they conceived: "Your Big Island Executive Team" and have been extremely successful business partners ever since. Their clients have been enjoying working with "2 realtors instead of one" which adds dynamic power and ultimately benefits their clients in many ways. Their 7 years of combined Real Estate Experience, complementary skills and professional standards add a lot of value to their transactions and business relationships with their clients.

Denis is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail and dedication to meeting the needs of real estate buyers and sellers from around the world. Prior to his career change in 2001, Denis was a highly successful international executive in the Information Technology industry for 15 years. He started and rapidly developed software companies in France, Germany, the U.S. and Canada. An MBA with a double major in English and German, Denis is able to flawlessly perform high-level business transactions in three languages (English, French and German) and easily relate to multiple cultures.

A native of Lyon, France, Denis relocated to Hawaii after 10 years in the Bay Area to settle in a beautiful place called Polynesia to enjoy its culture, nature and diversity. A gourmet home chef, Denis enjoys social events, networking, swimming and taking long hikes by the Ocean or near flowing lava!

Jessica Hall R(B)

Jessica Hall is a Realtor Broker with Aloha Coast Realty and works from Pahoa, the heart of the Puna district. She is a Broker-in-Charge for ACR and enjoys working with her associates on the finer points of contract negotiation. Jessica is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and Hawaii Island Board of Realtors (HIBR). She currently serves on the caravan committee of HIBR.

Jessica's real estate focus is working with Buyers to find just what their hearts desire. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). She also teaches her Sellers how to look at their home from a Buyer’s perspective and works with them to optimize the value of their real estate. She is skilled at negotiation and understands that a perfect negotiation might require "a little compromise from each side" but ultimately ends in a win-win situation for both Buyers and Sellers.

Jessica is originally from Atlanta, GA. She grew up around the real estate business, as her father is a successful property manager and has several investment properties. Jessica graduated with a BA from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. She started her first business, Berlin's Walls in 1995, which she fruitfully ran for almost ten years in Atlanta and Denver. She became a licensed Realtor in Colorado in January, 2004.
